Refund & Return Policy

1. The process

Usually the refund will be made within 7 days upon receipt and inspection.

2. Terms and conditions

DEFECTS — If there is a defect in the product, you may return within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping is borne by us if you return your product due to defective or incorrect delivery. Otherwise, return shipping fee will be borne by you.

Exchange or return of products are not acceptable if:

• The request was done 7 days after you received your products;

• The products are lost or damaged due to your negligence;

• The products are used/opened;

• The products purchased were on sale, on promotions and/or obtained from any promotional events.

3. Refunds due to rejected/returned parcels:

In the case where your parcel have been returned to us because you failed to receive the parcel, refunds of the products can be made. However, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
