1. How can you track your order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your order details as well as the shipping details. Your tracking number will also be included in that email. You can always track your parcel with the tracking number provided. 2. How are items packaged?
All our products are wrapped and packaged depending on the product size and requirements. Rest assured, all products will be packed and wrapped properly to ensure the products would not be damaged during delivery.
3. Can orders be picked up from Chérir Haus?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up service for our customers. All orders will be delivered to your doorstep.
