1. Where do we deliver to?

We offer delivery to all states in Malaysia! However, shipping fee may vary. Take a look at the fees here.


2. Can we ship the order to your workplace/ hotel/ friend’s house?

Sure! Just type in the correct delivery address during checkout. But do make sure that the customer receiving the delivery is ready and able to accept the parcel. Orders can be delivered to any location that are identified by you as taking possession of the order on your behalf.

Chérir Haus will not be responsible and/or provide any compensation for products/goods that are damaged after the acceptance of delivery by any locations on your behalf.


3. What are the delivery charges?

4. What is the delivery time? 

Generally, it takes less than a week for your parcel to arrive. Do note that due to Covid, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service provider. You will be sent an email that consist of a link for you to track your parcel. 


4. Tracking page status shows delivered but you did not get your parcel?

In most cases, status updated on the tracking website usually means that the parcel was accepted and delivered to that specific location. However, if you did not receive your parcel, we advise you to double check and be 100% sure that the parcel has not arrived. Do check with family members/ neighbours if they have accepted the parcel for you. Try calling the respective courier providers for more clarifications on the status of the parcel. 

If you are really sure that the parcel is missing/lost, please contact us through our email here and we will file a complaint with the respective courier providers and we will advise you to do the same.

HOWEVER, if you have agreed for the courier to be left in a “safe” place (eg: your garden, your security guard, under a bench etc.). Chérir Haus will not be responsible and/or provide any compensation for the missing products. If a delivery with signature required was lifted by the customer, Chérir Haus will not be held responsible for any complications that occur.
